18/06/02 The new album will now be called suburban rock 'n' roll. A release date is yet to be set. A greatest hits album will be released on the ........ no money from this will go to space and if u can get hold of the songs some other way boycott it. It has been released against spaces wishes, they agree that they have not had enuff hits for a greatest hits album.

the new space site is now said to be called parasite. A release date has not yet been mentioned. fans previewed some of their new material at a fans intimate gig at the unity theatre in Liverpool. All those who went got to meet the band and a free cd containing come of space's new material. Jamie Murphy has left the band but they're going to continue without him. The mystery of Andy Parle has been revealed too. Apparently he could not take the strain of band life so he left and now he runs a flower shop in liverpool. hopefully more news on the new album will come through soon.

10/11/01 Space are currently working on their new album bulletproof which should be out next year. There have been rumours of a summer release but nothing is certain. A new single will be released soon aswell this is rumoured to be out in Decemeber. It should be called 'Music For Aliens' but I really don't know anymore.

26/06/01 Space are alive! yes and there are now some real concerts on the way listed below.

Space are playing T on the Fringe, the official fringe at part of the T in the Park festival. They play the Liquid Room on 24th August. More details follow soon.

Space are playing London Dingwalls on August 23rd, at an XFM presents event. Support comes from Sizer Barker.

Space are playing Manchester's Key103 Keyfest. Space are headlining the event, along with Dodgy, I am Kloot, Sizer Barker and the Clint Boon Experience. More details will be announced soon.

Space also apologise for the delay with their album. Apparently it was because they've been having problems with the record company who has been slow getting them out.
